Anna was the direct person with whom we handled the real estate release. Extremely attentive, fast, precise, polite, helpful. She was very accommodating to me and the guest alike. They also rented out the apartment last year and I’m glad we found each other again. We did not go around unnecessarily, they were flexible in concluding contracts. Compared to other agencies and individuals I've had deals with for apartments, the service was quick, friendly and no detail was left out of communications, which is the main my complaint from the past, details, details are important when you do business, and a lot of the past agencies seemed to not give enough attention to it... I recommend BRO (cool short name by the way) for a smooth and seamless process of moving homes.

Very professional services, the communication was instant and always to the point, I managed to make an appointment to see the apartment quite quickly and uncomplicated.
