Anna was the direct person with whom we handled the real estate release. Extremely attentive, fast, precise, polite, helpful. She was very accommodating to me and the guest alike. Compared to other agencies and individuals I've had deals with for apartments, the service was quick, friendly and no detail was left out of communications, which is the main my complaint from the past, details, details are important when you do business, and a lot of the past agencies seemed to not give enough attention to it... I recommend BRO (cool short name by the way) for a smooth and seamless process of moving homes.
